National Trust Mothers' Day Family Portrait Sessions at Box Hill, Spring 2020
It’s that time of year again, when there are signs of life beginning again from the garden, evenings are getting a little lighter, and we start to plan things for the year ahead.
One of our favourite things to do as a family is to explore the beautiful countryside around us, and our National Trust membership is put to good use most weekends.
And for the second year running, I’m offering as a photographer, one of the presents that I as a Mum would love the most every Mothers’ Day. A beautiful family portrait of us all, capturing us as we are right now, the camaraderie, the fun and the laughter, and even the wobbly teeth, in a beautiful setting.
Following on from the success of last year's sessions to help support the National Trust Box Hill and their brilliant activities such as Box Hill Bugs, I am holding Mothers' Day Charity Portrait Sessions on the Saturday before Mothering Sunday, giving you the chance to be photographed with your loved ones, against the beautiful backdrop of Box Hill.
For families of up to 6 people*, I will capture the fun of family time with you, a taster of what it’s like to have a Portrait Session with me. Each session is around 30 minutes, allowing us to create a small collection beautiful images of you as a family, including your dog if you have one!
The fees for these sessions are £95, which includes your favourite image as 10x8” matted print worth £45, with the option to purchase further framed prints and artwork should you so wish.
And £50 from each session will be donated to the National Trust Box Hill to help ensure the land stays stunningly beautiful for us to enjoy for years to come.
"We’re so delighted with our beautiful frame, Rachel. You’ve captured the essence of that day on Box Hill perfectly and it will be something we can treasure for years." Heidi, Dorking
"We have never had a family photo session before and I was a little concerned everyone would end up grumpy but Rachel was brilliant, she made both kids and grown-ups feel very relaxed and being able to meet her at one of our favourite family spots meant she was really able to capture us just enjoying being together in a place we love. Would absolutely recommend her, it was a great experience and we have some lovely photos that we treasure." Ali, Sutton
